Press Release: August 28, 2025 An Indian delegation of 20 members, led by AIMA, visited Geek Pictures’ headquarters and exchanged views on expanding the entertainment business between Japan and India. Association (AIMA). The delegation introduced the company’s business, toured its offices, and exchanged opinions on future expansion of the entertainment business between Japan and India.

Representatives from entertainment companies and creative boutiques in Tokyo visited our company. On the day, we introduced our wide-ranging entertainment business initiatives, focusing on our core business of video production, as well as art, webtoons, movies, and more. Furthermore, we shared examples of our business expansion in India, where we have been focusing our efforts in recent years, which prompted a flurry of questions from the attendees. Following this exchange, many of the visitors expressed their expectations, saying, “I was particularly looking forward to visiting Geek Pictures during this tour. I was very inspired to see examples of creative and cutting-edge initiatives,” and “I look forward to exploring the possibility of new collaborations that will serve as a bridge between India and Japan.”

In 2019, we established an Indian subsidiary, Geek Pictures Pvt. Ltd. We invite Indian artists to Japan and exhibit at the India Art Fair 2024/2025 and Art Mumbai 2024, both held in India, to introduce and promote Japanese and other globally active artists. Furthermore, in July of this year, we reached an agreement on a business partnership with AA Films, a major Indian film distribution company, and our film distribution business has begun in earnest.
