Rather than simply conveying the appeal of their occupations, the magazine focuses on people who actually work for companies, sharing real stories of their path to a career and their setbacks and failures. Through these personal stories, high school students are sure to discover new things and feel hope for the future.

This issue introduces the jobs of 44 people, ranging from restaurant managers and hairdressers familiar to high school students, to radio personalities, buyers, and public service workers whose jobs are often hard to understand despite their familiar names.
