Exhibition”? What on earth will the stuffed animal be looking at in the silent exhibition room at night? We’ll secretly take photos of your stuffed animal’s overnight stay and give them to you as a special keepsake later. A one-of-a-kind “overnight experience” begins, where the eeriness and cuteness collide. Event overview Dates: Saturday, September 6th, 8:00 PM – Sunday, September 7th, 10:00 AM *This is the time when the stuffed animals will be staying overnight and enjoying themselves. *Please help pick up and drop off the stuffed animals at the venue, Roppongi Museum, on the dates below. *Mail delivery not available Plush toy collection: September 5th (Friday) 10:00 – September 6th (Saturday) 12:00 Plush toy collection: September 7th (Sunday) 10:00 – September 15th (Monday, national holiday) 20:00 Capacity: 20 people expected *Reservations and lottery system. *Even if you apply for multiple stuffed animals, you can only win one per person. Accommodation fee: ¥3,800 *Please pay at the Roppongi Museum ticket counter when you check in your stuffed animal. *If parents wish to view the 1999 Exhibition when dropping off or picking up their children, they must purchase a regular ticket separately. It must not be too big or too small. ∟ The longest side must be between 15cm and 100cm. 3. Limit one stuffed animal per person. 4. The stuffed animal must not have any special handling instructions or be a valuable item. ∟ Staff will move it, take photos, and take care of it. 5. It must be possible to post to the 1999 Exhibition’s official social media accounts. 6. A parent or guardian must be able to take the stuffed animal to and from Roppongi Museum during the specified period. ∟ We do not accept postal or courier services. 7. Please refrain from bringing stuffed animals of characters widely known from anime, movies, games, etc. Event details • At the “1999 Exhibition” at night, stuffed animals spend a special night in a “post-apocalyptic” space. • Staff will take photos of the stuffed animals and present them as special keepsakes at a later date. • We will also be posting photos of the overnight stay and some commemorative photos on our official social media accounts. Notes • Photos and videos taken at this event may be posted on official social media and in various media outlets. • The accommodation fee applies to the stuffed animal. If parents wish to visit the 1999 Exhibition while picking up or dropping off their stuffed animal, they are required to purchase a regular ticket separately. • Please make sure to pick up and drop off your stuffed animal at the Roppongi Museum during the designated period. We cannot accept stuffed animals by mail. • We will handle your stuffed animals with care, but the organizers cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss,
deterioration, or other issues that may occur during storage. Please do not leave any valuables in the luggage. Please understand that we cannot provide individual support.
