Selected works: Approximately 5 (planned). Grand Prize: One work will be selected from each category. Results announced: Mid-October 2025. Posted on the Creative Garage Hoshigaoka website and social media. ■ Awards/Benefits 100 copies of each winning entry will be printed and distributed as “official postcards” to attendees at the letter-writing experience event venue, where they can actually use them. The winning entry will be exhibited and distributed in a special corner and will also be featured on official social media. ■ New Year’s Card Creation Event and Exhibition of Award-Winning Entries (tentative) (planned) Organized by: Japan Post Co., Ltd. Tokai Branch Event Date and Time: Thursday, December 15th – Friday, December 16th, 2025, 10:00-17:00 Venue: Creative Garage Hoshigaoka (Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture) Entry and Exit: Free and Unrestricted In addition to a letter-writing booth, the exhibition hall will have a variety of other offerings. • A letter-writing experience booth (with the option to drop off commemorative letters) is planned. • Coffee stand, coffee, etc. will be available. • Post Kuma plush toy exhibits and multiple post photo spots are planned. • A social media posting campaign (with novelty giveaways) is planned. ■ Notes when applying • The copyright of the submitted work belongs to the creator, but you agree to use it free of charge for the following purposes. • Exhibitions, public relations, commemorative distribution, printing, social media posting, web posting, etc. • When applying, you will be asked to confirm your consent regarding copyright. • Works that may infringe on the rights of others, images automatically generated by AI, and expressions that violate public order and morals will not be considered for judging. • In the unlikely event of a claim of infringement of rights from a third party, the organizer assumes no responsibility. ■
