Study abroad at the Luca Marenzio Conservatory in Italy. He studied composition under Kiyohiko Sano and Naohide Ebiwara. He studied cello under Chizuko Sato, Tsuruyoshi Saito, Koji Yanagida, Fumiaki Kono, Nobuko Yamazaki, Claudio Marini, Maria Kriegel, Michaela Campagnaro, and Gigi Marcella. His music is characterized by memorable melodies that make you want to hum along, while incorporating a variety of musical styles, including jazz, rock, and classical music, both Eastern and Western. His creative work spans a wide range of genres, including stage plays, games, anime, and musicals, and he has served as composer and music director for the TV anime “MARS RED,” the musical reading plays “READING HIGH” and “VOICARION,” and the Toho musical “CROSS ROAD.” He also provided cello arrangements for “Ryomaden Kikou III” from the NHK Taiga drama “Ryomaden,” and continues to provide music to Sony Music Entertainment, Production I.G., and Toho. In 2026, he will be in charge of the music for the drama series “Kitakata Kenzo Suikoden,” starring Oda Yuji, which will be broadcast and streamed on WOWOW. As a performer, he has
collaborated with Grammy Award-winning artist Pablo Ziegler and has recorded and performed with major Japanese artists such as Arashi, EXILE, X JAPAN, Aiko, Ryuichi Kawamura, and Gen Hoshino as a strings musician. He is one of the most notable artists today, both as a composer and performer.
