Art Award “DRAW, go on” IDEABLE WORKS Inc. (Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture; CEO: Taishu Teramoto) operates the museum platform “HACKK TAG,” which combines the real and digital worlds, with the mission of “creating infrastructure that circulates the energy of creativity and curiosity.” Today, we are holding an art contest at the “MEITETSU ART GALLERY,” which we operate in collaboration with Nagoya Railroad Co., Ltd., to commemorate the 120th anniversary of the Meitetsu Seto Line. We are accepting art submissions with the theme “From the past to the future,” and the winning works will be digitally exhibited on the “MEITETSU ART GALLERY.” Two winning works will be selected in each of the adult and high school and under categories. These works will be displayed on route boards on Seto Line trains and presented to the winners after display. We also plan to commercialize mini route board magnets. 1. About the Project ■Name: Meitetsu Seto Line 120th Anniversary Art Contest ■Eligible Participants: Anyone engaged in art-making activities, regardless of nationality, region, or professional or amateur status ■Categories: General category, High school student and younger category *Applicants in the high school student and younger category may be asked to provide student ID or other documents during the selection process. ■Call Theme: “From now on, and into the future” (Analog or digital works accepted) ■Number of entries: 20 works in the general category, 10 works in the high school student and younger category (planned) ■Application Period: Monday, September 1, 2025 – Monday, October 13, 2025 ■Notification of Results: Notification will be sent to the email address provided at the time of application by Wednesday, October 15, 2025 *Winning submissions will be notified separately. ■Fee: 27,500 yen (free for high school students and younger) ※Entry is free, but administrative fees will be charged once your exhibition is confirmed. ■Exhibition period: November 1st (Saturday) to December 31st (Wednesday), 2025 ■Details
