reservations at.” Torishiki ICHIMON, a company founded by its owner Yoshiteru Ikegawa and with 12 locations in Japan and overseas, is running its yakitori brand “Torimachi.” A new location, “Harajuku Torimachi,” will open in Harajuku’s Jingumae district on Wednesday, September 10, 2025.

Based on the themes of the “Three Sacred Treasures” that symbolize good old-fashioned flavors and “the pinnacle of everyday comfort,” the brand, as its name suggests, is closely aligned with the “town” and its people. “Nakameguro Torimachi” was born in September 2023 as the brand’s first step. “Harajuku Torimachi” is the newest store, creating a place where you can enjoy the yakitori culture more closely and deeply, harmonizing with the unique character of the town and creating new excitement. This fall, we plan to open “Shibaura Torimachi,” a restaurant aimed at office workers and local residents.
