A limited-time collaboration drink is available in conjunction with Kobe City Museum’s “The Great Van Gogh Exhibition: Cafe Terrace at Night.” Unimocc, a cafe serving drinks inspired by paintings, will be releasing a limited-time drink in collaboration with the “Van Gogh Exhibition: Night Cafe Terrace” at Kobe City Museum.

The beautiful indigo starry sky is created by creating a gradation between two types of jelly. Rich Anno sweet potato gelato and Anno sweet potato mousse are layered on top of a salted vanilla mousse, whose subtle saltiness enhances its sweetness. Caramelized apples and tapioca pearls add texture. A secret anise syrup (a type of herb spice with a slightly sweet and unique aroma) adds a mellow finish to the drink, creating a luxurious dessert drink that’s like a concentrated sweet potato dessert.
