(Registration begins at 10:30 AM) One Bright KOBE Co., Ltd. (Address: Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture; President and CEO: Shibuya Jun), operator of one of the largest arenas in the Kansai region, is working to revitalize the Kobe waterfront, centered around their next-generation arena, which opened in April and was certified as a primary disaster evacuation facility in May. We are pleased to announce that we will be holding a joint counter-terrorism training exercise with the Hyogo Prefectural Police and Kobe City Fire Department at GLION ARENA KOBE on Monday, September 18th. In conjunction with this event, we are now accepting applications from the general public for this joint counter-terrorism training exercise. (First come, first served. Apply in advance via the application form. Applications will close once capacity is reached.) On the day, after the joint training, the Kobe City Fire Department Band will perform outdoors at Infosys GATE (west side of the arena on the first floor). Whether you’ve been to the arena before or not, please take advantage of this opportunity to apply and attend.

General Participation Event Overview Date and time: Thursday, September 18, 2025 10:30～10:45 Reception/Opening 10:45-12:00 Joint anti-terrorism training 12:00-12:30 Kobe City Fire Department Band TOTTEI Concert Meeting place: Infosys GATE, west side of 1st floor, G-Lion Arena Kobe Participation Fee: Free Participation Benefits: 1. Live performance by the Kobe City Fire Department Band 2. 10 pairs of tickets to the Kobe Storks opening game (Sunday, October 5th) will be given away by lottery 3. Distribute discount coupons via the TOTTEI app Recruitment details: Anyone aged 3 or older residing in Japan, primarily residents of Hyogo Prefecture and Kobe City, is eligible to apply. The joint training will be announced in Japanese from inside the arena. Participants will move around and experience evacuation. How to apply: Applications must be submitted in advance via the application form. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
