Please come and see, touch, and enter the artworks to take photos. By-Products Store (Yatsutaka Yazu Takeshi Yamada) A materials recycling project that collects and sells attractive waste materials from artists’ studios, calling them “by-products.” The “by-products” that emerge as a by-product of the creative process are objects that would otherwise be placed in a corner of the studio and eventually discarded. By shining a spotlight on these less-than-artistic objects that bear the sensibility of each artist, we hope to create an opportunity to reconsider the value and potential of things. This project allows customers to discover new talent through Lumine by displaying the winning works in Lumine buildings and show windows. This year, the winner will be selected by a panel of four experts and customer votes. The winning artists’ works will be exhibited in the windows of Lumine and New Man in 2026. Graduated from Kansai University’s Faculty of Sociology, Department of Media Studies, in 2016. After working at NANZUKA from 2018 to 2024, he opened AKIINOUE in Daikanyama, Tokyo in 2025. While planning and managing exhibitions primarily featuring contemporary artists from Japan and abroad, he also actively participates in international art fairs in cities such as New York, Miami, and Spain.

He also served as the planning director for the “Future of Life” signature pavilion at the Osaka-Kansai Expo.
