I’ve felt that while the artworks are wonderful, the price tag of several hundred thousand yen is a barrier to purchasing. I’ve also been thinking that there may be a demographic that is more open to art. We’ve also heard from businesses that “renting is a waste because it’s a one-time payment.” For artists, it’s a great joy to have as many people as possible display their work and purchase it. We want to broaden these options and increase opportunities for people to encounter art—that desire is what led to IROHA. Hotel and hospital managers, artists, and those who own artwork and would like to loan or sell it are also welcome to contact us. (Yu Ito) 【Company Profile】 Company Name: Island Japan Co., Ltd.
