All Japan Elementary and Junior High School Dance Competition Secretariat Press Release: September 8, 2025 The 13th All-Japan Elementary and Junior High School Dance Competition, Japan’s largest dance festival for elementary and junior high school students, has announced the teams that will compete in the national finals. 50 teams from 13 prefectures will be participating. Be sure to cover the dance of the strong teams selected from the regional qualifiers. The 13th All-Japan Elementary and Junior High School Dance Competition, Japan’s largest rhythm dance competition for elementary and junior high school students, will be held on Saturday, October 11th at the Yoyogi National Stadium Second Gymnasium in Shibuya Ward, Tokyo. Approximately 4,000 people participated in regional competitions held at four locations across the country and the online division, with 50 teams totaling approximately 600 participants selected from a record 367 teams.
