(Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter “PARCO”) is pleased to announce the release of imase’s first photo book, “you & me,” with the release of “imase 1st Photo Book ‘you & me’ Another Edition (photographs by Ittetsu A photo exhibition titled “Matsuoka” will be held at GALLERY X BY PARCO on the B1F of Shibuya PARCO from Friday, September 19th. Although imase is currently on hiatus, he has published his first photo book, which was shot in Melbourne before his hiatus. To commemorate this occasion, he is holding his first photo exhibition. A collection of photographs that deeply capture the inner charm of this new-generation artist, imase. What does this reveal about the true essence of imase? The worldview captured in
collaboration with popular photographer Ittetsu Matsuoka is a must-see. This exhibition also features special additional photos that could not be included in the photo book. In addition, original goods commemorating the release of the photo book and a limited edition photo book with a special cover that can also be used as a poster will be available for sale. Less than a year after starting his music career, his song went viral on TikTok and he made his major debut in December 2021. “NIGHT DANCER” became the first J-POP song to enter the Top 20 on the Korean distribution site “Melon” and has also gone viral around the world, ranking in the Top 50 of Spotify’s Viral Chart in 48 countries and regions. They won the Excellence Award at the 65th Japan Record Awards, and became the first Japanese artists to perform and win awards at MMA 2023 and CCMA 2023, both held in Korea.
