■Title “Tokyo “Tokyo Resonance” (Tokyo Resonance) ■Release Date Thursday, September 25th ■Concept Tokyo is a living city, constantly pulsating and changing. The rhythms woven together by the footsteps of people passing by every day, the light trails of passing cars, and the buzz of intersecting cultures become an invisible melody that vibrates the air and leads the entire city to breathe as one. The Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building becomes a resonator of light and sound that reflects this immense energy, unleashing the city’s past, present, and future into a single beat. From the atmosphere of the Edo period to the glittering neon nightscape and even an unseen city of the future, the pulsating soul of Tokyo, transcending the ages, is unleashed into the night sky through the synchronization of music and video. ■Highlights This immersive projection mapping, set on the wall of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building in the heart of Tokyo, takes you on a journey through the “evolving city of Tokyo” from one person’s perspective. Depicted in three-dimensional, geometric, and lifelike images, individuals, living cells of Tokyo, blend into the core of the Metabolist architecture and grow, divide, and reconstruct themselves along with the city.
