The two companies will work together to promote value creation for regional revitalization through entertainment. Spreading Japanese festival culture to the world NEXYZ.Group Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and Group Representative) MUSIC CIRCUS Inc. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Rakuyo Otsuki; hereinafter “MUSIC CIRCUS”), a group company of SBI Holdings, Inc. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, Chairman and President: Yoshitaka Kitao; hereinafter “SBI Holdings” and its consolidated subsidiaries, etc. are collectively referred to as the “SBI Group”), has entered into a share transfer agreement dated today. As a result, MUSIC CIRCUS has become a consolidated subsidiary of SBI Holdings.
