[Special Feature] September 12th Space Day Broadcasting three films: “Mission Mangal,” “Contact,” and “Dream.” The Cinema channel (AXN Corporation, headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Ozono Amagi), specializing in foreign films, will be featuring films that depict the dream of space to commemorate Space Day on September 12th, the day former JAXA astronaut Mamoru Mohri became the first Japanese to take off aboard the Space Shuttle. On Friday, September 12th, we will be broadcasting three space-related films, including the moving true story drama “Dream,” which tells the little-known achievements of three female mathematicians at NASA; “Mission Mangal,” which tells the true story of Asia’s first probe to reach Mars orbit; and the classic sci-fi film “Contact,” which depicts first contact with
extraterrestrial life.
