The third edition, in 2025, will be curated by Adam Szymczyk, artistic director of the international art festival Documenta 14. This year’s program title is “What is Real?” What does “real” mean in today’s world, where the illusion of post-truth is widespread and unreality is generated and spread on social media? We will explore this question through diverse expressions of “real” that artists have explored in response to social and political issues. AWT FOCUS Supervisor: Adam Szymczyk

Turmeric is kneaded into the dough, giving them a gorgeous appearance and rich aroma. Based on the symbolism (gold, value, capital) of the “gold bar” shape, the visual effect of the golden color and gold leaf emphasizes the visual expression = formative approach. We were conscious of the “presentation of materiality” and “reconstruction of symbols” in art. It is a baked confectionery with a high-quality taste, made with domestic ingredients. Seaweed Jambon-Beurre Homemade seaweed butter made with green laver and ham from Okinawa’s “TESIO” are sandwiched between whole wheat baguettes, topped with pickles made from two types of seaweed: tosakanori and young hijiki. The texture of the seaweed and the aroma of the butter harmonize to create a rich flavor. This is a special finger food made with domestic ingredients.
