During “Aniplex Online Fest 2025,” which aired at 5pm today, it was announced that ClariS, who has sung the theme songs for all the previous installments, has been appointed as the “Puella Magi Madoka Magica” Links Partner. The group will be promoting “The Story of Beginnings/The Story of Eternity” TV Edition, which will air in the Sunday 5pm slot starting October 12th, and “Puella Magi Madoka Magica the Movie: Walpurgis no Kaiten,” scheduled for release in February 2026. It has also been announced that the group will serve as a “Links Partner” connecting the “Madoka Magica” series through music, and that an inspired song, “Links,” will be produced. To date, they have released 29 singles, 4 mini-albums, 1 EP, 7 original albums, and a best-of album, and are actively involved in many anime tie-up projects. The anime music magazine “LisAni!” ran a special feature featuring ClariS songs as a bonus CD. The anime producer of “My Little Sister Can’t Be This Cute” saw this and noticed her, Despite being a newcomer, she was selected to sing the opening theme for the TV anime, and made her major debut in October 2010 with the single “irony” (the opening theme for the TV anime “My Little Sister Can’t Be This Cute”).
