Fukuyama expressed his joy, saying that it was very stimulating. Original artwork inspired by this exhibition will also be making its first appearance. After a long career, Fukuyama Saya shines even more. Feel the beginning of a new challenge. “This blue, for you.” 』 Sayo Fukuyama’s first solo exhibition at Shinjuku Isetan. All of this is saturated with the color “blue.” Why blue? It’s because blue is the “color of salvation” that always lends a helping hand and gives me the strength to paint when I myself sink into the darkness of loneliness and anxiety. Expanding the scope of expression from concrete to abstract, this blue is confronted in a new realm. The artist’s own struggles and hopes are overflowing within these works. And I believe that this blue will reflect your heart as you live today and become a small ray of light for tomorrow.
