Thanks to its cute design and the humorous
personalities of its friends, Mochinyan quickly gained immense popularity in Taiwan. Currently, the character has a wide media mix, including publishing, anime, merchandise, and corporate tie-ups, and boasts a total of 400,000 followers on its official social media accounts in Taiwan. It has become a popular character, especially among adult women. In addition, since 2015, it has served as a public relations ambassador for the Taipei Metro for 10 consecutive years, achieving over 400 corporate collaborations to date.
