(Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Toko Yoshinori) collaborated with the Kabukicho area of Shinjuku to hold a variety of events for children to enjoy during the summer vacation. Tokyu Kabukicho Tower (hereinafter, “the Facility”), operated by our company, is located in this area where diverse cultures intersect. Based on the concept of “pursuing what you love,” the Facility has provided entertainment content across a variety of genres, including music, movies, anime, and sports, for the enjoyment of customers both from Japan and abroad. During the summer vacation in July and August, we held more events than usual that children could participate in. We held a variety of events in collaboration with Tokyu Kabukicho Tower and Okubo Park, which we operate, including street dance, K-POP random dance, beatbox battles, and parkour tag. Approximately 1,000 children gathered in Kabukicho, Shinjuku, to pursue their passions. We’ll also be holding an event in October that children can enjoy. Details are below. On the first day, Saturday, October 4th, a one-day-only event will be held, turning Shinjuku Street into a pedestrian zone. Tokyu Kabukicho Tower’s official street live performance, “Kabukicho Street Live,” will be appearing at a special booth here. As the performance space is set up on the street, you can enjoy the live performance so close that you can almost feel the musicians’ breathing. The showcase stage, featuring 40 acts, will feature a series of brilliant performances featuring perfectly synchronized choreography and expressive performances, illuminating the venue. After the showcase, the globally popular “K-POP Random Play Dance” will also be held. The spectacle of participants dancing on the spot to the randomly played music is truly breathtaking. Last year, approximately 500 people, from children to adults, participated, and the entire venue was filled with excitement. This year, we expect an increase in participants, and even greater excitement is expected. K-POP fans, dance beginners, and audience members are all welcome. Come experience the excitement created by music and dance in person. *For details about the event, please check the official Instagram (@kabukicho_kpop). ■Kabukicho FOOTBALL LIVE powered by CRIACAO SHINJUKU 2025 Date and time: October 13, 2025 (Monday/holiday), starting at 11:00 Place: Kabukicho Cinecity Square, KABUKICHO TOWER STAGE Following on from last year, the event “Kabukicho FOOTBALL LIVE Powered by CRIACAO SHINJUKU 2025,” presented by Criacao Shinjuku, a soccer club based in Shinjuku Ward and a member of the JFL (Japan Football League), will be held at Kabukicho Cinecity Square and KABUKICHO TOWER STAGE. On the day of the event, there will be a street soccer tournament featuring teams of elementary school students, experience booths, a performance stage featuring young people performing dance and other shows, and, as a new initiative this year, a parkour tag experience. Participants of all ages and genres compete on merit alone. This event, held on Wednesday, July 9th, saw a fifth-grade hip-hopper emerge victorious from a field of 69 entrants, including working adults and university students. The plaza, where the event was held, was filled with a warm atmosphere, with applause from the large audience, both from Japan and abroad. Scheduled to be held on the 19th and 26th of September! Parkour Onigokko is a one-on-one 20-second tag battle in a special area set up with obstacles. While engrossed in the action, children naturally mastered basic movements like running, jumping, climbing over obstacles, and balancing, making it a huge hit. Also held at the same venue was a “Parkour Experience Session,” open to beginners and families. Parkour athletes also performed, drawing thunderous applause and cheers from the audience for their dynamic and sophisticated moves. Held on August 9th

A battle event was held in the kids’ division of the beatboxing event “BEATCITY JAPAN 2025 Main Event,” with the winner competing for a spot in the final tournament. The elementary school preliminary round (21 participants) began at 1:00 PM, and the junior high school preliminary round (27 participants) began at 3:00 PM. The top four participants from each division advanced to the main event the next day. On the day of the event, a variety of categories were held, including all female songs, all male songs, age-specific categories, and dance break songs, attracting approximately 300 people, from children to adults. The venue, filled with smiles and excitement, was projected on the KABUKICHO TOWER VISION overhead, bringing together the entire audience, including tourists and other visitors. 〈Kabukicho HooK UPS by LVGM〉Held on August 30th

The kids’ clinic was hosted by the Shinjuku Givers, a professional 3×3 women’s basketball team, and featured content designed to help children love basketball even more. The children engaged in a serious, yet genuinely enjoyable basketball session. The summer night game was a wonderful blend of basketball and DJ duets, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of a New York park. The dynamic and sophisticated play of this renowned bowler captivated not only the children but also passersby, creating a lively atmosphere. *The Art Court was renovated in 2022 by go parkey (Inc.) as part of the “Renovation Art Court Project” in collaboration with the Kevin Durant Foundation, NBA2K Foundation, and FATE (Artist).
