GROUNDSTAR Neiro Sake (Grand Star Neiro Sake) is a project that combines music and art to pave the way for a new future. The first project is a collaboration between Italian pianist Alberto Pizzo and Yoshikubo Sake Brewery in Ibaraki Prefecture, which has been gaining attention as the brewery that provides sake to Dodgers Stadium VIPs, resulting in the Junmai Daiginjo Rimore. And now, this second installment features Japan’s proud gospel singer, Miho Fukuhara. Utilizing the vibration technology of global audio brand Onkyo Corporation, and following on from the first installment, the otonai sake “Yui-on” was born through the skillful craftsmanship of Ibaraki’s long-established Yoshikubo Sake Brewery.
