As part of this, he has participated in the Tokyo Marathon every year as a charity runner and also organized charity futsal events, donating the entry fee, expanding his circle of involvement while having fun with his friends. At the 2025 Games, we hope to run and walk together with like-minded people from all over the country, and deliver powerful encouragement to children and their families facing illness. By continuing to work in this way, we believe that the power of sport and the passion of people will come together, spreading even greater hope. Motoya Izumi Official Ambassador (Kyogen Performer/Actor) Hearing the stories of families who actually use the House, I realized how indispensable Ronald McDonald House is, a place where families with sick children can be together. I am participating in this event as an official ambassador because I want to support the House in any way I can. There is a limit to what one person can do, but when many supporters and friends come together, it becomes a great force. As a supporter of Ronald McDonald House, I would like to join forces with everyone who participates and send a big cheer to the House and the children battling illness.

I’ve participated many times before, and I’m truly happy to be able to support Ronald McDonald House while connecting with friends from all over the country. I also had the opportunity to run as a charity runner in the Tokyo Marathon, and I’ve really felt that the circle of charity is expanding through sports. I’m really looking forward to seeing what kind of encounters and connections I’ll make at this year’s event. We hope that we can bring a smile to the faces of children and their families who are battling illness. We would also be delighted if as many people as possible learn about the House and think about what they can do. Miori Ichikawa Full-Force Supporter (Talent/Actor) I have been participating in the Charity Run & Walk since 2021. I think it’s a wonderful initiative, where all participants can feel connected through the support of Ronald McDonald House. When I previously visited Todai House, I was touched by the warmth of the volunteers and the atmosphere of the house, and I truly felt the concept of a “second home.” That experience continues to motivate me in my activities. I’m happy to be able to participate again this year. We hope that as many people as possible will learn about this initiative and that the “Charity Run & Walk” will bring smiles to the faces of children and their families. ♪
