long-established department store on the Left Bank. It has become a popular spot for French people who value art de vivre, the “aesthetics of living life richly and beautifully,” and visitors from around the world who cherish elegant moments of play. Founded in 1848, Grimaud revolutionized playing card design and was recognized as an innovative brand that combined artistry, functionality, and durability with its advanced printing techniques and detailed illustrations. It boasts a history of winning the highest award, the Grand Prix, at the 1900 Paris World’s Fair. This first collection, brought to life in the modern era, features not only playing cards, but also accessories such as the Tarot de Marseille and Verrine Oracle decks for
fortune-telling, and play mats made from apple leather. The collection is imbued with modern aesthetics and sustainability, featuring collaborations with popular illustrators Julie Serre and Margot Reverdy, known for her gorgeous calligraphy designs, as well as items made from eco-friendly materials.

Available in two colors: Dolphin Brute and Coral Red. Paris-based illustrator Julie Serres has redesigned the cards to reflect their history.
