NTT DOCOMO Studio & Live, Inc. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Satoshi Kobayashi) is pleased to announce the release of the fifth digital single by 18-year-old singer-songwriter “Jonah” (pronounced “Jonah”), a winner of the “Catching Wave Audition 2024” audition, which aims to discover and nurture the next generation of bands and global artists. The song will be released on Wednesday, September 24th, via the new label “Scrum Wave Music.” The fifth digital single, “Watashi wa ne.” (I Am), is a song based on the artist’s own experiences. It frankly depicts the emotions torn between childhood and adulthood, and is a song themed around the true “me.” The sound was produced by Ryo’LEFTY’Miyata, and the cover art was directed by Naoko Sato (yot). The latest song was aired for the first time on FM802’s “RADIO∞INFINITY” on Thursday, September 11th, and has been generating a lot of buzz. Don’t miss this chance to check it out!
