A poet with a unique worldview, many of whose masterpieces feature stars and the universe, is publishing his first book with a star theme. ◆ About “The Stars Are All” This book, which “turns constellations into love letters, not myths,” is a beautiful treasure box of “celestial poetry” composed of numerous original works, including poems and essays about the 12 zodiac signs, treasured works about the moon, and various myths and scientific stories related to the constellations. Saihate, who has loved space encyclopedias since she was a child, connects wistful yet sparkling fragments of words to create a one-of-a-kind worldview. Sparkling with serenity and passion, this masterpiece takes you into a cosmic-scale imaginary landscape, marking a new frontier for the author.

This unique work was born from a fortunate encounter between the words of poetry and graphic design. ◆ Message from Saihate Tahi I like stars. I feel like that feeling, the moment I thought the stars were beautiful, is the beginning of my emotions. When you see something and feel it’s “beautiful,” you look directly at your own emotions, and then, like an arrow shooting off, it seems to naturally pierce that feeling into the world. Because there’s no doubt that it’s “beautiful.” “Beautiful” belongs 100% to my heart, but even so, there’s no doubt about it. As long as we have such moments in our lives, we can let emotions that can’t be explained logically to others, like loneliness, love, and sadness, shine forth directly in our eyes. That’s what I believe. Memories of feeling “beautiful” will forever sparkle like an unwavering core in our hearts. For me, it’s the stars, the constellations, the moon. That’s why I wanted to make a book about stars. I’m so happy to have been able to create this book. Please read it if you’d like. ◆ Saihate Tahi x Planetarium “Poetry Planetarium” Screening Details [Date and time] October 3, 2025 (Friday) Until November 3rd (Monday, national holiday) [Screening Location] Konica Minolta Planetarium Tenku in Tokyo Skytree Town(R)
