He is currently active as an influencer and businessman, while also actively involved in social contribution activities. He deeply supported the purpose of the “WonderMeta x PABLOS Museum” project even before the exhibition began, and has continuously supported us with special events (※3) and public relations activities. With his experience of long-term treatment and outpatient visits, combined with his ability to communicate through social media, we have once again welcomed him as an official ambassador, hoping to share information from his perspective. *3: Held at the Metaverse Art Exhibition on September 21, 2025 [Comment from Kishitani Ranmaru] “At the first Metaverse Art Exhibition, I had the opportunity to see each and every work and once again realized how wonderful this project is. I personally understand the feelings of children facing illness all too well. Touched by the children’s pure feelings and strength through their artwork, it strengthened my desire to share this activity with even more children. I would like to convey to many people the importance of society as a whole using new technology to support the infinite potential and creativity of children.”

We witnessed the social isolation, loss of educational opportunities, and psychological burden that children facing illnesses experience. We aim to use new technology to create exciting experiences that allow these children to have fun and feel connected to society and others, whether they are in the hospital, at home, or anywhere else. What are specific chronic childhood diseases? Specific chronic childhood diseases refer to illnesses in children under the age of 20 that have been certified by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare as meeting the following four criteria: [1. Chronic progression; 2. Long-term threat to life; 3. Symptoms and treatments reduce quality of life over the long term; 4. Continued burden of high medical costs] This includes approximately 850 diseases in 16 disease groups, including childhood cancer, kidney disease, and blood disorders. These are not temporary illnesses, and many cases require long-term treatment, hospitalization, and outpatient care. Children facing illnesses face challenges not only with the symptoms and treatment themselves, but also with feelings of isolation, reduced learning opportunities, and loss of social connections.
