CS broadcasting “NTV G ” will air its first screen-type TV commercial utilizing volumetric video technology during the live broadcast of “DRAMATIC BASEBALL 2025 Giants vs. Chunichi Dragons at Tokyo Dome” on Wednesday, October 1, 2025. The video will feature a variety of perspectives that cannot be captured with conventional cameras, providing an unprecedented commercial experience. Starting in 2023, a volumetric video system developed by Canon Inc. will be used for live broadcasts of Giants games at Tokyo Dome, including replays and highlights.
