(Headquarters: Kita-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture; President and CEO: Shunsuke Makino) will begin airing the Shichi-Go-San web commercial “Seven-Year-Old Shichi-Go-San – Nono-san” starting Wednesday, October 1, 2025. The commercial features singer and child actress Nono Murakata, affectionately known as “Nono-chan,” who turned seven this year. The web commercial depicts the moving experience of realizing a child’s growth through a Studio Alice Shichi-Go-San photo shoot, showcasing Nono’s mature, older sister-like appearance, a departure from her previous image. Teaser ads will be running prior to the commercial airing. While concealing Nono’s identity, the ad features a captivating graphic of her mature expression, accompanied by the copy, “You’re slowly becoming more adult.” When we posted this creative piece on social media, which depicts a seven-year-old’s Shichi-Go-San celebration from a parent’s perspective, both happy and a little sad, it sparked online buzz with questions like, “Could it be that Nono-chan?” The video for this creative piece has finally been released, so please check it out.
