The production will be directed, choreographed, and performed by AIKO, who will support the production and, together with Shizuka, fully convey the worldview of the story. The performance will feature three talented dancers: FUJIWARA, Jongmin (Ki-en crew/The Clubman), and Takupan. And a total of 30 female dancers will weave the story through music and their bodies. The performance will allow you to enjoy music from the “Heisei” era, as well as fashion and accessories from that era. From the bubble economy to the Heisei recession, advances in digitalization and the spread of the Internet gave rise to a wide variety of booms, which evolved and then declined. We, the people who lived through this turbulent era known as “Heisei,” fluttered like butterflies through the sky. The days when music moved our hearts, words encouraged us, we laughed with friends, and love hurt us, but they still lived on. These days still shine deep in our hearts, and now they are about to take flight once again on stage in the form of dance. It is a moment when the crystallization of each person’s memories and lives is woven together like the dance of a butterfly. The “Heisei” within you will surely overlap with it somewhere. We hope you will join us in tracing these overlaps, trajectories, and memories at the Hakuhinkan Theater in Ginza for two days before Christmas, on Saturday, December 20th and Sunday, December 21st.
