People learned from nature, and people and things gathered and intermingled. Sometimes, they sang songs of joy, danced, and offered prayers. Gardens are places where nature and culture can play together and weave connections. By looking at the gaps between each individual and engaging in dialogue, we will once again cultivate the city. “ODORIBA” is an attempt to create spaces in the gaps of the city where new culture can sprout. We hope that everyone’s “garden” will become a place where people can encounter the city and create culture.
“ODORIBA” @SLOW ART CENTER NAGOYA Event Details The space will be comprised of three elements: “PERFORMANCE,” where you can enjoy music and dance; “MARKET,” which will liven up the event with food, drink, and merchandise; and “SCHOOL,” which will reexamine local culture and provide a learning opportunity for those who will be active in the city.
