With the addition of the unique attention to detail that only Ehime native Tomochika can offer, the new product has been completed. Responding to requests from “lots of sauce” fans, led by Tomochika, who has been using this meat sauce for many years, the amount of sauce has been increased. It also comes in a presentation box, perfect for a souvenir or gift.

As a child, she appeared on the show “Uta Imane Nama Ippon” as a surprise guest and won the grand prize. This caught the eye of the show’s chairman, Futaba Shojin, and led her into the entertainment industry. She continues to work extensively as a bridge between enka and J-pop, and her annual “Keypon Shining Song Festival” is a popular event that consistently sells out across the country. Her latest album, “Join ga Osuki Desho,” attracted attention thanks to songs written by leading Japanese artists such as Kishitani Kaori, Futaba Maki Takayuki, and Mizuno Yoshiki (Ikimonogakari). In 2023, she will hold the “Mizutani Chieko 50th Anniversary Performance” for the third time at Meijiza and the second time at Hakataza. In 2024, she will host the “Mizutani Chieko’s Banquet Join Concert,” featuring guest performers, in four cities. In April 2025, she will hold her first live concert at Nara Kasuga Taisha Shrine, a World Heritage Site. Starting in August, the fourth Chieko Mizutani 50th Anniversary Performance will be held at Meijiza, Hakataza and Shin-Kabukiza.

In 2019, she won the Best Supporting Actress award at the 28th Japan Film Critics Awards for her role in “Usohachihyaku” (2018). She also released the Tomochika Suspense Theatre on YouTube, which won the Jury Special Award at the 15th Location Japan Awards.
