Because the number of lamps to be lined up is so large—10,000 to 20,000—the light pageant has been produced with the cooperation of volunteers, local residents, and park visitors.

The Sea Lights Festival is looking for volunteers to help with setting up paper lamps and lighting candles. If you would like to volunteer, please come to the main reception desk on the day of the event. ◎Installation of Paper Lamps On the morning of the event, we will begin surveying the area based on the layout plan and draw lines on the beach. With the help of volunteers, we will line up paper lamps along the lines to create the ground drawing. You are welcome to join in on the day of the ground drawing. We will work together with visitors to Odaiba Beach to complete the work! ◎Lighting the candles Once the geoglyph is complete, volunteers and visitors light each candle one by one. As dusk deepens, the paper lamp geoglyph gradually comes into view. All that’s left to do is wait for the sun to set. ◎The light geoglyph is complete After sunset, all the paper lamps are lit, creating a fantastical atmosphere as the geoglyph appears over Odaiba Beach. Visitors can enjoy a beautiful evening with the flickering
candlelight. ◆Music events, food and drink corners, etc. Music Events Enjoy live music, hula dancing, and other performances on the beach on the stage in front of the Marine House.
