GigWorks, Inc. Press Release: October 3, 2025 GigWorks Inc. participates in the “Public-Private Partnership Promotion Ambassador” project, a regional revitalization model project. Idols participate in collaborative product development with local businesses, local public relations, and event planning. GigWorks Inc. (Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Mineto Murata) will participate in the “Public-Private Partnership Promotion Ambassador” project, which is being promoted by the Public-Private Partnership Promotion
Organization (Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Atomu Takase), a general incorporated association, together with three local governments that have received the Cabinet Office’s “New Local Economy and Living Environment Creation Grant Type V.” In this project, popular idols and entertainers will visit local areas as
“Public-Private Partnership Promotion Ambassadors” and promote the area’s attractions through product development, public relations activities, and event planning with local businesses. Through its group company, Green Light, Inc., GigWorks will leverage the knowledge it has gained from supporting idols’ second careers to create new value for both the local community and the idols.

Last year, we also launched Green Light, Inc., which produces events in the live entertainment field and provides support for idols and other talents in their second careers. Through the creation of Public-Private Partnership Promotion Ambassadors, this project will promote activities to create new opportunities for both the local community and idols/talents. Furthermore, we will leverage our group’s diverse business domains to support local governments in resolving their challenges.
■Public-Private Partnership Organization Project Implementation Plan As “Public-Private Partnership Promotion Ambassadors,” popular idols and entertainers will visit local governments monthly starting in October 2025 and collaborate with local businesses on product development and other activities. 1. Collaborative product development with local businesses – Limited edition sake and wine labels designed by idols – Sales of original curry based on idol-created recipes, etc. 2. Dissemination of agricultural and local experiences – Planned farming experiences, tastings of cultivated produce, and limited sales. 3. Sasaki Yukari After passing the AKB48 12th Generation Research Student Auditions in 2011, she became a regular member in 2013. She has also appeared in the stage production “Assault Lily Irma: Girls’ Art High School Edition.” She graduated from AKB48 in February 2024. In August of the same year, she released her first photo book, “Virgin.” The making-of book of the same title achieved the highest pre-order sales on Amazon and Rakuten. Kodama Haruka A member of HKT48’s first generation. She was first selected for AKB48’s “Manatsu no Sounds Good!” in 2012. In 2016, she placed 9th in the AKB48 General Election. RainTree (レインツリー) RainTree made it to the final round of auditions for the idol project “IDOL3.0 PROJECT,” which was held for about six months from April 2023 with the aim of forming a new group produced by Yasushi Akimoto, but failed to pass. The group was formed with 100 candidates and officially launched as a new group on October 8, 2024.
