An original video of approximately 35 minutes of famous scenes from 16 carefully selected films, including “The Poe Clan,” “BASARA,” and “BANANA FISH,” will be screened. Using the latest technology, powerful visuals and sound effects create a special space that immerses you in the world of the work. This is a rare opportunity to see the artist’s brushstrokes and pen strokes up close. The exhibition allows you to directly experience the professional techniques, such as delicate line drawings and careful finishing. ■There’s also a corner where you can see the production process

The section provides detailed explanations of the process of creating finished manuscripts, including plots and storyboards, which are not normally visible. Video footage of the inking process is also available. By learning about the behind-the-scenes aspects of BetsuComi’s creation, which are not normally visible, you will gain a deeper understanding of the works. ■Original goods developed in conjunction with the event will also be on sale

It was first published as a supplement to Shojo Comic under the name Bessatsu Shojo Comic, and was renamed Betsucomi in 2002, before being renamed Betsucomi in 2006.
