(Basketball: 2 B1 League matches, Volleyball: 2 SV League matches, Soccer: 1 J2 League match) live! For basketball and volleyball, we’ll also be broadcasting the much-anticipated home opening games. ■Saga Ballooners (B1 League) The Saga Ballooners, Saga Prefecture’s first professional basketball team, were promoted to B1 League just five years after their founding in 2018, and this season marks their third year in the top league. With the addition of new members, the team has been powered up, and we’ll be broadcasting live as they make a strong start to their season, working alongside their fans to achieve their long-awaited dream of becoming Japan’s best! ■SAGA Hisamitsu Springs (SV League) The team is led by former Japan national team coach Kumi Nakada. During her time at Hisamitsu in the 2012-13 season, she led the team to an
unprecedented five-peat in official matches. She later served as coach at the Tokyo Olympics, and now returns to Hisamitsu. Players who excelled at the World Volleyball Championships will also be in action at their home stadium, SAGA Arena. Former Japan national team players Risa Shinabe and Yuki Ishii will provide live commentary on the team’s first home game as they strive to reclaim the title. ■Sagan Tosu (J2 League) Sagan Tosu is aiming to return to J1 as quickly as possible after being relegated to J2 for the first time in the club’s history. In the tense final stages of the season, the team and supporters unite as they race back to the top league stage. We’ll bring you this exciting autumn broadcast.
