ADF Press release: October 6, 2025 ADF Art Gallery Project Vol. 36: Inumaru Akira Solo Exhibition “Garden of Light” Infusing the powerful energy of light into my work ADF (NPO Aoyama Design Forum) will be holding a solo exhibition by Inumaru Satoru, “Garden of Light,” at the GARDE Gallery in Omotesando from Friday, October 10th to Wednesday, October 22nd, 2025, as the 36th project of the “ADF Art Gallery Project.”

However, at the same time, excessive light has the power to take lives, destroy, and deteriorate objects. This exhibition expresses this powerful energy of “light” through its artworks. This is Inumaru’s first solo exhibition in Japan since moving to France in 2008. It is an attempt to share the light he has sensed during his 18 years living in France. Inumaru Akira Profile Born in Tsukuba, Ibaraki Prefecture in 1984. Graduated from the Master’s program in Oil Painting at Musashino Art University in 2008. Graduated from the Master’s program in Oil Painting at Musashino Art University in 2013. Completed master classes at the Le Havre/Rouen École Supérieure des Beaux-Arts. Currently based in Rouen and Paris, France.
