(Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Hiroki Nakazono), has raised 360 million yen as of 3:00 PM on the 8th. This marks the highest amount raised for a business investment crowdfunding platform in Japan (※). This fund is raising funds to cover part of the costs required for the production, promotion, and release of the feature-length animated film “Poupelle of Chimney Town: The Clock Tower of Promise,” produced by CHIMNEY TOWN Inc. (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Akihiro Nishino). The funds will be distributed to investors in proportion to the project’s sales. The previous film, “Poupelle of Chimney Town,” attracted 1.96 million viewers and grossed 2.7 billion yen. The recognition and fan community built there have become powerful IP assets, and we are leveraging these assets to develop a 10-year business plan for this new film.
