On the final day of the three-day weekend in October, all live wide-format programs will feature “Showa Pop Songs”! We’ll be bringing you a huge selection of classic songs that defined the Showa era, including group sounds, folk, new music, and idol pop. This is FM AICHI’s first special on Showa Pop Songs in about six months. Enjoy timeless masterpieces by the greatest stars of the Showa era, including Hibari Misora, Kyu Sakamoto, Satoshi Terao, Naomi Chiaki, Hiromi Ota, Pink Lady, Kenji Sawada, Hideki Saijo, Seiko Matsuda, Akina Nakamori, Masahiko Kondo, Kyoko Koizumi, Hikaru Genji, and the Checkers, who thrilled viewers in their living rooms across Japan!
