BS Yoshimoto will broadcast the high school manzai contest “High School Manzai 2025 ~H-1 Koshien~ The Battle to Determine the No. 1 High School Manzai Artist!” starting at 6:00 PM on Sunday, October 12th. The finals of this competition were held on August 30th, with a record-breaking 870 teams (1,741 high school students) entering. After rigorous video screening and fierce semi-final battles held at AEON Malls across the country, only eight teams advanced to the finals.

Additionally, Messenger Aihara, a special supervisor introduced three years ago, provided advice on the final material. Additionally, tournament support ambassadors Batteries and Evers reported on the crowd situation, livening up the venue. And the winner of the fierce battle between eight finalists was “Goon to Hōkō” (Masama Hirayama, 1st year high school student, and Yuki Kawaguchi, 1st year high school student), representing the Kinki region. They topped the list of 870 teams from across the country.
