Graduated from the Oil Painting Department of Musashino Art University. For over 20 years, he has uniquely explored the materiality of paint, creating paintings that transcend chance and necessity. He applies layered paint in layers, developing them into fabrics or films, reexamining the very form of painting. He has exhibited and sold over 1,000 pieces to date. His work has been widely shown at museums and art fairs both in Japan and abroad. In recent years, he has explored the themes of color and physical sensations, traversing the boundaries between abstraction and figuration. In addition to exhibiting his works, he is also committed to activities that promote art as a part of everyday life, appearing in a variety of media outlets and engaging in educational activities on social media and YouTube, serving as a bridge to the next generation. spiral-printed six-color ink to improve production speed and color reproducibility. The traditional manufacturing process involves dyeing yarn and then knitting it. However, the dyeing process uses a large amount of water, and the knitting process generates a large amount of lint. Treating the wastewater from the dyeing process, as well as the waste yarn and excess yarn, puts a strain on the producer’s business. GINGA uses inkjet printing to minimize wastewater, waste yarn emissions, and environmental impact. Furthermore, with the convenience of being able to produce from just one pair, we believe this will become an option for domestic Japanese production in the future.
