The “Wall of Idiots” series has sold over 7 million copies, and his latest book, “The Wall of Life,” has already become a bestseller. Dr. Takeshi Yoroi is an anatomist and insect enthusiast, and his unique way of thinking captivates many. Last year, at the age of 86, he was diagnosed with cancer, which further deepened his thoughts about people and life. This program will ask Dr. Yoroi about “life.” What does it mean to “live” in the first place? What should people value in life? Why can’t we live the way we want? How can we move forward when we hit a wall in life? We will explore these questions through Dr. Yoroi’s perspective. In the main segment, Professor Yoro shares insightful words backed by his education and experience, such as, “If there are no medical problems, it’s a mental problem,” “Once something happens, it never goes back to the way it was,” “The person I was yesterday is different from the person I am today,” “Be unbiased, unattached, and uninhibited,” “Even if you die, you can’t be sure,” “Rely on others effectively,” “I hate giving or receiving orders,” “What Professor Yoro learned at university,” “Architecture that doesn’t consider people’s death,” and “A free economy that isn’t free.” Please give it a listen during your commute, work, or between housework. This program also accepts questions from listeners. If there’s something you’d like to ask Professor Yoro, please fill out the question application form in the description, or search for “Professor Yoro Thinks About Life!” on the old Twitter account X to apply. ■Concern Submission Form Please fill out this form to submit questions to Dr. Yoro.
