Press Release: October 13, 2025 Diversity Puzzle Solving x Board Game Event Held at Monzen-Nakacho 70seeds from 10:00 AM on November 2nd A workshop to create a UD version of Animal Shogi, a barrier-free board game party, diversity training through puzzle solving, and UD puzzle solving using smart glasses will all be held simultaneously. Rise & Play Co., Ltd. (CEO: Kanako Wakui) is hosting the “Autumn Mystery Solving x Board Game Festival!”, an event that aims to be enjoyed by people with and without disabilities. Families are welcome to come, and children can enjoy workshops while parents can participate in board games and training sessions. We have a large selection of board games that are especially suitable for the visually impaired. Whether you’re sighted, low-vision, or blind, come play together. Hours: 10:00-18:00 Participation Fee: 3,000 yen This is a workshop where you can decorate Animal Shogi with glitter to create a universal design. We will provide plenty of decorative materials, so you can create your own original design with your favorite design. You can take home the decorated Animal Shogi you create. 2. Let’s play board games together! Event Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Participation Fee: 2,000 yen (family ticket for up to 3 people is 3,000 yen) We have a wide selection of unique, inclusively designed board games that can be played by visually impaired people. Everyone, adults and children, sighted, sight-impaired, and blind, can play together. 3. Diversity Training: Learning Through Puzzles: “DEI Fundamentals” Time: 13:00-14:30 Participation Fee: 5,000 yen (2,000 yen for students if you enter the discount code “student”) Four people – a blind alien, a deaf alien, a limb-immobile alien, and an Earthling – will solve the case. Please use this as a trial before introducing it into your corporate training, or to learn through simulated disability experiences. Each team can include one person with a visual
impairment, one person with a hearing impairment, and one person with a limb disability.

Diversity Training: Learning Through Puzzles: “What is a Minority?” Time: 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM Participation Fee: ¥5,000 (Students can enter the discount code “student” for ¥2,000) Everyone will become blind aliens and solve mysteries. Please use this as a trial before introducing it into your corporate training, or to learn through a simulated disability experience. Since the game is played with vision blocked, anyone who can make themselves blind by wearing an eye mask or other eye protection can participate.

Puzzle Solving Using Smart Glasses: “Escape from Sector XX” Event Time: 6:00 PM (approximately 90 minutes) Participation Fee: 3,000 yen Participants wake up to find themselves trapped in an unfamiliar sector. Using smart glasses, participants will work together to attempt an escape from the sector. It’s okay if you’re not good at solving puzzles. By cooperating with four other participants, you can all experience a sense of accomplishment. *Participants must be junior high school students or older.
