Shogun Co., Ltd., which offers authentic samurai armor experience services in Arashiyama, Kyoto, will launch a new “Samurai Experience Plan with Location Filming” in October 2025. Participants will don authentic armor and have commemorative photos taken at tourist spots in Arashiyama. They can also film a samurai battle movie using swords, spears, and bows at a location deep in the mountains. Enjoy Arashiyama in samurai style! After changing into armor in the studio, you’ll board a private van to begin your “Samurai Photo Tour.” First, choose one of three tourist spots in Arashiyama and have your commemorative photo taken dressed as a samurai.
