[Organizer] Organization: Yokohama Izumi Kiramama This organization began with the desire to create a space for the ward to take on challenges. They have held six markets and parent-child workshops at the local public hall, creating a space where local parents and children can connect in safety and expand their possibilities. ■Message from the organizer, Yokohama Izumi Kiramama “By participating in this festival, I want mothers to believe in themselves and their children’s potential, and to feel confident taking the first step.” This desire was the main driving force behind planning this festival. When raising children, there are many moments when you blame yourself, thinking, “Maybe it’s my fault” or “I’m not doing it right.” But in fact, the first step to bringing out the best in your child is for mothers to smile and believe in themselves. We hope that through this festival, mothers will experience the following changes: You’ll feel lighter, free from feelings of self-blame. You’ll realize the potential of yourself and your child. Your horizons will broaden, and you’ll discover options. Your focus will shift from “how to raise your child” to “how to live together.” You’ll turn on the switch to enjoy your own life as a mother. We hope this festival will inspire someone to take a step forward. That would be the greatest joy for us as the organizing team. ■ “Moms Shine: Future Co-Creation Festival 2025” Event Overview Date and Time: Sunday, October 19, 2025 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM Location: Teatro Fonte, Izumi Ward Cultural Center, Yokohama Admission Fee: Free Application: Apply in advance via the Peatix page https://visionleap1019.peatix.com/ Childcare: 10:30 AM – 3:30 PM, ¥1,000 per person (reservations required, first-come, first-served) Reservation URL:https://x.gd/alSyI Organized by: Yokohama Izumi Kiramama Supported by: Vision Leap Holdings, Inc.
