Sakura City Press Release: October 14, 2025 [Sakura City, Chiba Prefecture] The city’s first music video produced by a creator training school is complete!! Experience practical learning you can’t get in the classroom at the Inbanuma Parking Lot, a filming location in Sakura City. To support the development of young talent who will lead the creative field in the future, Sakura City provided a local location and filming support for a music video production by a specialized video editing and film production school. This project marks the first time the city has directly supported the creation of a work by students at a creator training school.

Shooting began early in the morning under the strong sunlight. This shoot was undertaken as an intermediate production assignment by students attending the Tokyo-based vocational school “Vantan Creator Academy,” with the goal of providing a production experience similar to that of a professional. Sakura City, through its film commission program, provided support for filming and arranged locations, primarily at public facilities. Release Date:Friday, October 10, 2025Released

Students gained hands-on learning experiences that are hard to come by in class, such as long hours of filming, setting up equipment, and managing progress as a team. Beyond simply completing a project, the students were able to engage in “rich, in-depth creative activities” through on-site experiences. Filming Support in Sakura City Sakura City’s Film Commission’s goal is not simply to increase the number of film shoots, but rather to support the production of films that benefit the local community. By allowing young creators who will lead the next generation to engage in hands-on production in the local area, we hope to support their growth and encourage them to remember Sakura City in future video productions.
