“invincibility.” Virtual singer Rima released her new song “Nomane” digitally on Wednesday, October 15, 2025. This is her first new song in about three months since “It Was a Flash,” the ending theme for episode 3 of the TV anime “Kamitsubaki City Under Construction,” which was released in July 2025. 〈Song Description〉 Virtual singer Rima’s latest song is “Nomane.” Mao Sasagawa, who wrote the lyrics, composed the music, and arranged the song, said that the theme of the song was “that momentary feeling of ‘invincibility’ that comes when you drink heavily, cutting off anxiety and despair.” With no solution and a wavering feeling that is neither hopeful nor resignation, you look up to the sky and think, “Ah, I don’t care about anything anymore.” This ambiguous and precarious moment is captured in a soundscape that combines strangeness and familiarity, set to a tempo of 135 BPM. The repeated title “No Mane (No Money)” is not intended to refer to money, but was chosen for its sound. The words, which move back and forth between meaninglessness and meaningfulness, give the entire song a unique sense of floating. Rima’s vocals portray a fleeting moment of liberation amidst the chaos of everyday life—”sad, but also a little bit cool”—and the song is filled with Rima’s signature ambivalence, vividly portraying such contradictory feelings and leaving listeners with a strange sense of hope. Mixed by Hiroshi Ikeda (hmc studio), mastered by Kentaro Kimura (kimken studio). ■ A music video by Sota Fukushima will also be released at the same time. A charming yet insane video work depicting a sense of omnipotence. Along with the digital release, the music video was released on Wednesday, October 15th at 0:00. The music video was directed by Fukushima Sota and produced as supervisor by Yamada Ryoji, who also worked on Rima’s “19th Month.” Based on the keyword of omnipotence, this story follows mushrooms as they unleash their pent-up desires, turning into a great, fleeting madness. This film depicts the madness that ranges from escapism to a sense of omnipotence through adorable mushrooms. ■Rime – Nomane (Music Video) https://youtu.be/gXmRfl0V3es Music Video Credit Director: Sota Fukushima (mimoid) Supervisor: Ryoji Yamada (mimoid) Animator: Sota Fukushima (mimoid) Nagasaka Nao Yamamoto Zhang Shuyun (mimoid) Sakura Maruyama Animation Assistants: Akihiko Wakahoi (mimoid) madaro Nakamurami Yuu Takagi Yuika Sada Back Ground / Compositor: Sota Fukushima (mimoid) Production Manager:Akihiko Wakahoi (mimoid) Production:mimoid inc.

If that’s the case, then perhaps they, like humans, have pent-up feelings about social life. And how do they sublimate these feelings? Through play, violence, food, love? We sometimes tire of overdosing on fleeting pleasures in our lives, and suddenly lose track of what we like and what we aspire to. This video attempts to satirize ourselves through the activities of mushrooms. ■Rime “Nomane” song information Released on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 Lyrics, Music & Arrangement: Mao Sasakawa Mixed by Hiroshi Ikeda (hmc studio) Mastered by Kentaro Kimura (kimken studio) Streaming / Download https://zula.link-map.jp/links/rim-nomoney
