The music video was also released the same day! MODERN SKY JAPAN has announced the release of its first artist. The production unit “AOHA TOMARE,” which has already released eight digital singles since 2022 and won the Gold Award in the On-Screen Experience category at the Direction Tech Awards 2025 held in August this year, today released a new song, “There’s No Diva,” featuring Vocaloid producer Aira. “AOHA TOMARE” is a production unit consisting of vocalist Aohada and composer Iotasu. The music video for their previous song, “The End of Silence,” featured a QR code that could read every frame of the pixel animation, as well as a complex mechanism that allowed users to jump to an original novel game from within the music video. The unit’s work has garnered attention from creators, winning them the Gold Award in the On-Screen Experience category at the 2nd Tech Direction Awards. It’s a collaboration between composer IOTUS, born in 2001, and vocalist AOHADA, born in 2005. Each member has their roots in Vocaloid music, with IOTUS working as a Vocaloid producer and AOHADA as a singer. The duo formed in 2022 after IOTUS asked AOHADA to provide vocals for one of his songs. The artist’s name, “Ao wa Tomarae,” conveys the meaning that “you have to stop when the light is red, but you don’t have to choose to go through a green light.” In the same year, she released her first original song, “Mimei,” which explores communication online and on social media.
