ICOMA Tatamel Bike wins the “My Choice 2025” award at the 2025 Good Design Awards

Tatamel Bike “My Choice” is a special exhibition showcasing and showcasing designs that caught the judges’ eye during the second round of judging, as well as their personal favorites, along with comments from the award winners themselves, from among the designs that will be announced on October 15th. The award-winning Tatamel Bike is a folding electric bike inspired by transforming toys. It transforms from the size of a suitcase into a compact bike with a 10-inch front wheel and complete suspension for safe riding. Our manufacturing methods using sheet metal and 3D printers enable mold-less, optimal production and customization to meet your needs. [Selected Judges/Comments] Kota Nezu / Creative Communicator A transforming bike. At this point, it’s just a dream. No explanation needed. The designer started his career at a toy company, where he designed transforming robot toys. After that, he went through several manufacturers before going independent and achieving what he wanted to do. With the support of many people who shared his dream, he was able to commercialize the Tatamel Bike. It’s an honor. “My Choice” will be held at GOOD DESIGN Marunouchi in Marunouchi, Tokyo from October 15th to November 23rd, 2025. The winning designs and messages from the judges will be exhibited in three periods, and the Tatamel Bike will be on display in the third period, titled “Exciting,” from November 11th to November 23rd.
