The popular stage project “Sudden Reading! at Mitsukoshi Theater,” planned, presented, and directed by director Hideto Iwai, has been confirmed! “Sudden Reading!” is a completely new stage project in which actors gather on the day to read the script for the first time on stage and improvise various roles. This time, we’re featuring Takahashi Fumiya, who has been showing remarkable success since his debut, appearing in numerous popular works such as the drama “Saiai” and the morning drama “Anpan,” and has also been announced to appear in the film “SAKAMOTO DAYS.” He’s also making his second appearance! And for the first time, we’re featuring Shibata Rie, a unique actor who has appeared in numerous stage productions, dramas, films, variety shows, and more! More performers…stay tuned! performance in the NHK BS drama “Umu to Umaruru Sorekara no Koto.” In 2013, she won the 57th Kishida Kunio Drama Award for her performance in the play “Aru Onna.” In recent years, she has been performing her own theatrical project, “Wareware no Moromoro,” which is based on her own experiences and has been shown nationwide. “Ikinari Book Reading!” began in 2020.
